Hypnotherapy is a type of treatment that uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a deeply relaxed state, where your mind can help you to focus extremely well on any task that either you or your hypnotherapist suggests to help you.

Q. I’ve watched stage hypnotists make people act outrageously. Is that hypnotherapy?
A. In a word ‘no’; in 2 words, ‘absolutely not’. Stage hypnotists are entertainers, tapping into people’s extrovert side. Hypnotherapy works with individuals, privately and in confidence on issue important to them.
Q. Will I remember all that happens during the session?
A. Yes. Therapy consists of helping you make positive, lasting, changes in your life, the ability to remember the session is of a real benefit.
Q. I’ve been told that some people cannot be hypnotised, what if I’m one of those?
A. It’s true that some people find it difficult to attain a deeper level of hypnotic trance than others. However, out success stories include people who achieved important, positive changes in their lives through simply being in a relaxed state of mind.
